Operation Resilient Path (ORP) serves as the participant navigation program for the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse campus. ORP helps participants:

  • Learn about the programs and services available throughout the campus
  • Understand available charitable programs and resources
  • Confirm whether they meet the population criteria for one of Summit's charitable programs
  • Coordinate connections with participating organizations when appropriate

Begin the Healthcare Evaluation Process

If you are confirmed to meet the population criteria for one of Summit's charitable programs and are interested in learning more about Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), ORP will connect you to Summit Hyperbarics & Wellness.

Important: Connecting with Summit begins the healthcare evaluation process but does not guarantee treatment. All treatment recommendations are based on an independent clinical evaluation conducted by Summit's Medical Director and Clinical Team.

Independent Clinical Evaluation

Medical Assessment & Recommendations

Every individual referred to Summit undergoes an independent clinical evaluation conducted by Summit's Medical Director and clinical team. A connection with Summit does not imply that Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is medically indicated or clinically appropriate.

Treatment recommendations are based on your medical history, clinical presentation, current health status, and professional medical judgment. During this evaluation, Summit determines:

  • Clinical appropriateness
  • Medical necessity
  • Treatment recommendations
  • Treatment prioritization
  • Ongoing medical management

Individualized Treatment

Tailored Care for Your Needs

If Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is determined to be clinically appropriate, Summit develops an individualized treatment plan tailored to your medical needs and treatment goals.

Behavioral health support is available as an integrated component of the HBOT treatment experience for participants receiving HBOT services. Summit does not provide standalone outpatient behavioral health services.

Summit is responsible for all clinical evaluation, medical decision-making, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, research activities, and organizational governance. Summit maintains independent responsibility for its own services, operations, and decision-making.

ORP confirms whether an individual meets the population criteria for one of Summit's charitable programs based on established program requirements. Summit determines whether Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is clinically appropriate and is solely responsible for all healthcare decisions, including clinical evaluation, medical appropriateness, treatment recommendations, treatment prioritization, and ongoing medical management.
